2008 Region XII CRC was held in Buenos Aires Argentina on August 7,8 and 9. This was the first international CRC held in South America. Click here for pictures and other information from this historic ASHRAE Event.

The History of ASHRAE
ASHRAE was formed by the merger of two societies, American Society of Heating and Ventilating Engineers (ASHVE), known after 1954 as American Society of Heating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHAE) and the American Society of Refrigerating Engineers (ASRE). The two merged in 1959 and formed the organization we know as ASHRAE.
ASHRAE Region XII
Region XII includes most of Florida, Carribean, Central America (except Mexico) and South Amercia. All of Region XII Chapters and Sections are dedicate to the art and science of heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and refrigeration for the modern built environment.
